Why we built this

I’m Alice Hunsberger, head of Trust and Safety at Musubi. I’ve been working in T&S for what feels like forever, and a lot of that time I was frustrated about tooling and not having enough resources. Now I get to help build the tools I always wished I had, and to help our customers work through the hardest T&S problems that don’t come with clean answers.

Most of these free tools are too small to be a real product feature on the Musubi platform. A few are stripped-down versions of what Musubi does at full scale, so you can see how we think before anyone says the word “demo.” Either way, we want them to be useful.

About your data: we don’t store anything you paste. Most of these tools send your input to an LLM to generate the result, with zero data retention, and we don’t use anything you paste to train models. The Confusion Matrix is its own case: it runs entirely in your browser, so your CSV never leaves your machine.

The one exception is the T&S Maturity Check, where we store anonymized aggregate scores so we can show benchmarks across the industry. Your individual answers are never tied to you or shared.

More on the way. I’m planning to add more tools as we build them, and as practitioners ask for them. If there’s something you’ve always wished existed, tell me. That’s how most of these started.

T&S is a small community doing genuinely hard work. Musubi’s mission is to make your work easier, and that’s why these tools are free.

So tell me what you think. What’s useful? What’s missing? What would you build if it were up to you? If you’ve got a prompt or skill of your own worth sharing here, even better. I read everything.
